SELLERS NOTE

Why condo is great!

We enjoyed the 3 years we lived in 3208 Pierce with our toddler daughter. Chestnut Street has many restaurants, services, and retail stores like Gap and Apple, which is very convenient. There is a library and children’s playground close by, and the condo leads out to a shared patio, which was not used frequently except by us; as the condo is on the ground floor, we had a private entry, which we liked. When we moved, needing more space, the next family to rent was there for ~ 6 years and moved as their children grew.
